OC Lucky Dogs was founded by Kayleen Perlof in 2017. After 3 years of experience in the doggy daycare and packwalking industry, she studied Animal Training and Behavior through the Karen Pryor Academy and began training dogs and their owners in home.
She then set out to create a formal daycare program in which dogs can receive adequate exercise while learning proper social skills and exercising obedience on a regular basis. Her goal isn’t just for dogs to behave well in the pack environment, but for that respectful behavior to transfer over to the home as well. Her biggest motivation is helping pets and their owners have a stress free, fun and communicative relationship. She has continued her training through West Coast Training Academy, and intends to be a student for life when it comes to dog behavior!

Adopted from Sparky and the Gang Animal Rescue in 2015, Haven has been through every training experience alongside Kayleen and has become the most reliable training companion around! If your pup is working on leash manners or reactivity, you will likely meet Haven as your decoy dog. She’s got all the tricks up her sleeve, and has been the biggest teacher for Kayleen of all time.
